        Yes, we can maintain document availability during the scanning process.  During your project

        you will be able to make request for documents through our Customer Service Portal or directly

        through your Project Manager assigned to your project.  We feature guaranteed document

        retrieval times in as little as an hour.

 


Does UIG offer 24/7 support?
        Yes, 24 hour customer support is also available for customers who require it and wish to

        purchase a 24/7 maintenance contract.  Customers who subscribe to this service receive a

        dedicated number to call for support issues and are guaranteed a timely response from our
